Article I: League Name and Purpose

1.1 The name of this league shall be the Make It Wayne Fantasy Football League.

1.2 The purpose of this league is to promote competition and camaraderie among members while enjoying the game of fantasy football.

Article II: League Structure

2.1 The league shall consist of 10 teams.

2.2 Each team shall have one owner, who shall represent the team in all league matters.

2.3 Team names need not be appropriate, and may contain offensive language.

Article III: Draft

3.1 The draft shall take place on the date and time determined appropriate by the Commissioner, and may be either online or in person.

3.2 The draft order will be determined by Horse Race finish, unless later amendment determines a more appropriate order determination.

3.3 All teams must have their rosters filled by the end of the draft.

Article IV: Scoring System

4.1 The scoring system for the league shall be Non-PPR to the tenth decimal place.

4.2 Any changes to the scoring system must be voted on by the league members. Point value changes may be passed by a seven member majority. System changes require passage by League Amendment.

Article V: Roster Management

5.1 Each team must maintain a roster of 16 players.

5.2 The waiver wire will reset each week and will be governed by the auction system, unless changed by a seven-member majority.

5.3 Trades between teams must be agreed upon by both parties and submitted for approval by the league through the veto period. Seven veto votes are required to veto a trade. Trades may be vetoed for any reason.

Article VI: League Fees and Prizes

6.1 Each team owner shall pay a league fee of $43 by one week prior to the Draft Date.

6.2 The collected fees will be used for winnings, the dynasty pot, and ring expenses.

6.3 Prize distribution will be as follows:

6.4 League fees may be altered by a seven-member majority vote.

Article VII: Playoffs

7.1 The playoffs will consist of 6 teams, with the remaining 4 teams moved to the consolation bracket.

7.2 The top team in each division will qualify for a first-round bye based on division win-loss standings.

7.3 The playoff schedule will be determined at the start of the playoffs.

Article VIII: Conduct and Fair Play

8.1 All league members are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. A premature “GG” constitutes unsportsmanlike conduct.

8.2 Any behavior deemed detrimental to the league may result in discipline as determined by the Elders.

Article IX: Amendments

9.1 This constitution may be amended by a unanimous vote of the league members.

9.2 Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to the league group chat 24 hours before a scheduled vote.

Article X: Ratification

10.1 This constitution may be ratified, and thus become enforceable, only by a unanimous vote of the league members.
